The best midwife around! Mother Nurture (emily, owner) helped me deliver both of my babies. She had excellent pre care, during birth and after care including placenta pill encapsulation and smoothie to help me ease into motherhood with both of my babies! Emily prepares you for pregnancy and becoming mom (and dad too) so well and makes you feel so comfortable during each step. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I wouldn't trust anyone else! I haven’t yet gotten the opportunity to use Emily for a birth, but she was my midwife for nearly my entire first trimester in 2022. She is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, she trusts women’s bodies and how God designed us to create and bring babies earth-side.
Unfortunately, my baby was sick and I ended up miscarrying, but Emily was such an encouragement and a great help through the miscarriage process. She was cool, calm, and collected the entire time, even when I wasn’t. From what I experienced with her during my at home miscarriage, I trust her even more now for an at home birth.
My prayer is I will someday be able to update this review with my home birth experience with Emily. She’s the first person I’ll consider working with for any future babies.

Emily is thoughtful, caring, and knowledgeable. She caught my first child and helped me to feel confident and secure as a first-time mom through labor. Her gentle and encouraging approach was so appreciated and we feel honored to have had her as our midwife.
